Independent Legal or Tax Counsel
Prospective donors are advised to seek independent legal or tax counsel when making planned gifts to the Foundation. The Foundation is happy to work with a donor and his or her advisors to determine the best way to achieve the donor’s philanthropic goals.

Donor Recognition
The Foundation may publish the names of donors in its annual report unless anonymity is requested.

Gift Acknowledgments
In accordance with federal tax law, the Foundation will provide written acknowledgment of all gifts regardless of size.
